Case Creations against Contracts
Details
Basic minimum required details to be added in “Details” tab
- Navigate to -> Menu Category.
- Select Service menu category.
- Navigate to -> Service -> Cases
- Displays list page of Case.
- Click on -> 'Create' button
- Redirects to create page on "Details" tab.
- Add Name
- Add Case Date and Case Type.
- Add subject is dependent on Case type If "Case Type is selected as Question then Subject is Shows Option to be selected is General Query and Product Query.", "Case Type is selected as Problem then Subject is Shows Option to be selected is Delivery issue and Maintenance issue.", "Case Type is selected as Question then Subject is Shows Option to be selected is General Query and Product Query.", "Case Type is selected as Request then Subject is does not Show any Option."
- Set Regarding as based on Account or Contact.
- Set Contract is Dependent on Regarding selected account/contact.
- Set Contract Line is Dependent on Contract.
- If deduct from entitlement Flag is Yes, then Entitlement is Mandatory to fill and If entitlement flag is No, then Entitlement is not mandatory and Save Record
- Entitlement is dependent on Contract.
- When Case Status is Resolved, Case Will be Closed.
- When Case is Closed or Created, Entitlement allotment get deduct based on Deduction on of Entitlement.
