Add / Amend Create Test Sample Type Based on Unit or Percentage

• Navigate to -> Menu Category.
• Select Quality menu category.
• Navigate to -> Quality -> Sample type.
• Click on -> Create button.
• Add Type as Percent or Unit.
• If Type is Percent, then Percent Field is Visible.
• Add Percent and Save Record.

• If Type is Unit, then Unit field is visible.
• Add Unit and Save record.
