Flexibility of Creation a Single Execution BOM for Selected BOM and any of the BOM Line

In this sub process, creation of single execution Bom for Bom line has Bom explode = Yes, is discussed

To achieve this sub process, please refer steps given below

• Create Bill of Material (BOM) record and to know how please refer Add/amend Bom sub process in Bom setup process
• Navigate to Bom line tab beside details tab of BOM, Create BOM line and to know please refer Add/amend Bom sub process in Bom setup process.
• In BOM line record, Set Explode -> Yes
• Select Design Bill of Material (value related to Bom Line-Item value)
• Select Production Route (value related to Bom Line-Item value)
• Click on -> Save or Save & Close button
• Create Production order manually or automatically and to know how please refer Production order creation sub process
• Approve production Order then click on plan button and to know how please refer Plan / schedule production order sub process in Production order management process.
• Then in existing execution BOM, new Bom lines will be added from design BOM value selected at Bom line having BOM Explode = yes.
• Also, Operations will be added in existing production operation from selected Production Route value in Bom line where BOM explode = Yes
