Auto-creation of Resource Jobs

In this sub process, auto creation of resource job in production order is discussed.

A. To achieve this sub process, some setup is required as follows

• Create Route, Route step and Resource requirement and to know how please refer Add/amend route steps sub process in Configuration document.
• Approve created Route and to know how please refer Get approval for production route from design sub process in Configuration document.
• Create Production Order manually or automatically and to know how please refer Production order creation sub process.
• Approve Production Order and to know how please refer Plan / schedule production order sub process.

B.  After completing setup and to display auto created resource job please refer steps given below

• Click -> Plan button
• Production order gets marked as “Inventory Checked” and Production order Operation and Production order item are created by system
• To Create Resource Job, click -> Plan Operation button on Production Order
• Resource Jobs gets created according to order item for every production order operation
• To display auto created Resource jobs, open existing production order operation record and navigate to Resource Job tab as shown below
