Auto-creation of Production Order Operations based on Selected Route

In this sub process, Auto creation of production operation based on selected route is discussed.

When Selected route has route steps then clicking on plan button, production operations are auto generated

A. To achieve this sub process, some setup is needed as follows

• Create Route and Route steps and to know how please refer Add/amend production route and route steps sub process in Configuration.
• Create Production Order manually or automatically and to know how please refer Production order creation sub process.
• Approve Production Order and to know how please refer Plan / schedule production order sub process.

B. After completing setup and to auto create production operation please refer steps given below

• Navigate to -> Plan button and click on it
• As Production order record gets marked as “In-planning”, Navigate to -> Operations tab beside details tab as shown below.
