Add/ Amend Resource Requirements for Task

Resource requirement is the resource which are required to do the task. You can select the any machine, user, or vendor as resources. Also, you define the requirements for resource groups or capability.

Follow the steps given below to add resource requirements:

• Navigate to -> Projects, Click on -> Projects.
• Redirects to the list page of Projects, click on -> Project record.
• Click on project task from “Tasks” grid.
• Click on “create” button of “Requirements” grid

• Add Name.
• Select site.
• Select type of resource – Resource, Resource Group, Capability.
• As per resource group, select resource, group, or capability.
• Set whether time off to be considered or not.
• Add efforts.
• Add hours per unit and save the record.
• Select Cost type.
• Add Cost.
• Add Capacity Per Execution.
• Add Capacity Per Hour.
• Click on -> Save or Save and Close button.
