Manage and Tracking Risks

This document provides the information about how to manage the added risks.

  • Navigate to -> Project, Click on -> Risk.
  • To create Risk Please refer Add/ amend risk document.
  • When risk record is added it automatically sets with “Active” status.
  • To track the in-progress state mark the status as “Remediation in Progress”.
  • When that risk gets closed mark the status as “Remediated” and save the record.
  • Once risk record gets closed, it will get non editable to user.
  • If Risk is not applicable, then change the risk status to "Not Applicable.
