Add/ Amend Risks

Risk is the stage or uncertain event which may or may not occurred during the project.

Follow the steps given below to create risk.

• Navigate to Projects -> Risks.
• Displays list page of Risks, click on -> Create button.
• Redirects to create page on “Details” tab -> Add Name.
• Select Project.
• Add source of risk.
• Add probability of Risk.
• Select the impact and impact type.
• Click on Save or Save and Close button.
• If risk is not applicable, then change its status as "Not Applicable".
• Once start to work on the Risk, change the status of the risk as "Remediation In progress".
• Click on -> Save or Save and Close button.
• After remedy is provided to solve the risk, mark the risk status as "Remediated".
• Click on -> Save and Close button.
