Add / Amend Issues

Issues are the gaps, inconsistencies, defects, or conflicts occurred during the project execution. System allows you to add and manage the issues.   

Follow the below mentioned steps to add issue.

  • Navigate to Projects -> Issues.
  • Displays list page of Issues, click on -> Create button.
  • Redirects to create page on “Details” tab -> Add Name.
  • Select Project.
  • Select Type of issue as Internal or External.
  • Select Category.
  • Select Severity and Priority.
  • Select Reproducible.
  • Add Due date.
  • Select the person who will be working on this issue in the Assign to field.
  • Then Click on -> Save button.
  • There are different stages of issue New, Pending, In-Progress, Fixed.
