Mapping and Tracking of Resource Availability
Resource availability give the idea about the resource schedule, and you can identify which resource available to assign the next task. Here you can add when resource will not available i.e., resource time off, for project or task.
Follow the steps given below to add resource availability.
- Navigate to Project -> Resources.
- Redirects to the list page of Resources, click on -> Resource record.
- Redirects to Detail page of Resource.
- To add Resource time off, Navigate to -> Availability tab.
- Click on -> Create button of resource time off grid.
- You can add resource time off by quick create or full form.
- If clicked on quick create, form will get open in right side panel.
- If clicked on full form, it will redirect to full form of create page.
- Select Type, when resource is not available on Specific Day or for Specific Period.
- Select the Days.
- Select Time Period.
- Add Start Time and End Time.
- Click on -> Save or Save and Close button.
