Add / Amend Characteristics Category, Characteristics and Ratings

While raise the job requirement for specific job profile needs some skills for candidate to hire, so here this document helps you to add multiple skills which will be useful to raise job requirement or add candidate/resource profile..

Follow the given below steps to create characteristics category.

  • Navigate to -> Management, click on -> Characteristics Category.
  • Redirects to the list page of Characteristics Category.
  • Click on -> Create button.
  • Redirects to the create page of Characteristics Category.

 

 

  • Add Name
  • Click on -> Save or Save and Close button.
  • Once click on save button, ratings tab get visible besides the Details tab.

 

 

  • User will create Characteristics and Ratings in the Ratings tab.

 

 

Follow the given below steps to create Characteristics and Ratings.

  • Navigate to “Ratings” tab.
  • To create Characteristics click on -> Create button present in Characteristics grid.
  • Add Name.
  • Select type of characteristics as Certification or Competence and click on -> Save or Save and Close button.

 

 

  • After save the record, Characteristics record get appear in the Characteristics grid on “Rating” tab.
  • To create Ratings record, navigate to the Ratings grid present in the Ratings tab.
  • Click on -> Create button on rating grid.
  • Redirects to the Characteristics Ratings create page.
  • Add Name.
  • Click on -> Save or Save and Close button.
