Follow below steps to Mark Opportunity as Regretted

• Create Opportunity & to know how refer Add / amend opportunity process from CRM -> Opportunity Management.
• Set Price List
• Create Opportunity Line
• Set Product and Quantity

 

 

 

• On Click of Submit button, mark Opportunity as Submitted for Regret and notification sent to sales team for approval.

 

 

 

• On Click of Approve Button, mark Opportunity as Regretted
