Progress & Completion

In this sub process, completion of requisition record is being explained when purchase order is marked as “Received” then related requisition record is also marked as “Received” making requisition process complete.

For achieving this sub process, kindly refer the following steps

1. Purchase record shall be made from Purchase requisition record, for more information on creating Purchase Order from Requisition kindly refer Creation of purchase order against selected requisition sub process
2. To mark purchase order record “Received”, kindly refer sub process of Progress, status and closure of purchase order depending on items received against the same.
3. As soon as Purchase Order is marked as “Received”, related Requisition record will be marked as “Received” automatically as shown below.
