Replenishment Methods

In this sub process, Creation & Use of Replenishment method for replenishment configuration is discussed.

With Use of replenishment method, created replenishment record can be processed through selected method with single click on Process button.

For achieving this sub process, some setup needs to be done as follows

• Create Replenishment Configuration record and to know how please refer Replenishment configuration to maintain buffer stock of specific product or component sub process.

After completing setup, to create or add replenishment method in replenishment configuration please refer steps given below,

• Navigate to Replenishment Methods tab beside Details tab of Replenishment Configuration record
• Click on -> Create button
• Redirects to create page, select -> Replenishment Configuration (auto selects from parent record)
• Set Priority
• Add -> Lead Days
• Set Type (if selected as “Purchase”)

• • Select Vendor
  • Select Item reference (non-mandatory)

 

 

• Set Type (if selected as “Produce”)

• • Select Production Route (non-mandatory)
  • Select Design BOM (value should be related to product used in replenishment configuration)
