Replenishment Configuration to Maintain Buffer Stock of Specific Product or Component

In this Sub Process, Creation of Replenishment configuration to maintain buffer stock of specific product or component is discussed.

For Achieving this sub process, some setup needs to be done as follows

• Create site & warehouse and to know how please refer Site & warehouse setup sub process

After completing setup, to create replenishment configuration please refer steps given below

• Navigate to -> Menu Category.
• Select Inventory menu category.
• Navigate to Inventory -> Replenishment Configuration.
• Redirects to list page of Replenishment configuration
• Click on -> ‘Create’ button
• Add Name
• Select Item (for whom replenishment configuration is to be created)
• Select Site
• Select Warehouse
• Select Zone
• Select Zone Location
• Set Reordering Approach
• Add Buffer Stock Quantity
• Add Order Quantity (value becomes mandatory if Reordering approach is selected as “Fixed Quantity”)
• Set Status (if Status = Active, then only configuration record can be used for creation of replenishment)
• Click on -> ‘Save’ or ‘Save & Close’ button.
