Progress and Completion of Replenishment

In this sub process, Fulfilment and status changes of replenishment record through completion of Purchase requisition or Production Order, is discussed.

For achieving this sub process, some setup is needed

• Create Replenishment Configuration and to know how please refer Replenishment configuration to maintain buffer stock of specific product or component sub process.
• Create Replenishment record and to know please refer Auto /manual creation of replenishment sub process.

After completing sub process and to complete / fulfill the replenishment record through Purchase requisition and

Production Order record please refer the steps given below.

A. For completing the Replenishment record through completion of Purchase Requisition, please refer the steps given below

• To auto create Purchase requisition record please refer Creation of requisition or production order to fulfill replenishment sub process

Or

• To manually create Purchase requisition record please refer Creation of requisition or production order to fulfill replenishment sub process
• As soon as Requisition record is created for Replenishment, Replenishment is marked as “In-Progress”

 

 

• Approve the Requisition record and to know how please refer Requisition to be get approved if vendors and rates are fixed Sub Process.
• Create Purchase Order from requisition record and mark it as “Received” and to know how please refer Purchase order process.
• As soon as Purchase Order record is marked as “Received”, Purchase requisition record is also marked as “Received” and Replenishment record is marked as “Completed”.

B. For completing the Replenishment record through completion of Production Order, please refer the steps given below

• To auto create Purchase requisition record please refer Creation of requisition or production order to fulfill replenishment sub process

Or

• To manually create Production Order from Requisition record record please refer Creation of requisition or production order to fulfill replenishment sub process
• As soon as Requisition record is created for Replenishment, Replenishment is marked as “In-Progress”

 

 

• Approve & Create Production order item in the Production Order record and to know how please refer Plan / schedule production order Sub Process.
• Mark Production Order as “Completed” and to know how please refer Progress & closure of production order sub process
• As soon as Production Order record is marked as “Completed”, Replenishment record is marked as “Completed”.
