Add / Amend Inventory Adjustment Records

In this sub process, Creation of inventory adjustment record for the available stocks of component or product is Discussed

For achieving this sub process, some setup is needs to be done as given below.

• Create an item stock for the product or the component and to know how Please refer Maintaining stocks for product and component sub process

After completing the setup, to create the Inventory Adjustment record please refer the steps given below.

• Navigate to -> Menu Category
• Select Inventory menu category
• Navigate to -> Inventory, click on -> Inventory Adjustment
• Redirects to List Page, click on -> Create button
• Redirects to create page, select Site
• Select Warehouse
• Select Location
• Set Type (set “Inward” for addition of stock   
  • Select Item (for whom Adjustment is to be done)
  • Select Unit (Auto selects as per item selection)
  • Add Quantity
  • Add Name (auto selects as per selection item and quantity)

 

• Set Type (set “Outward” for addition of stock)

1. • Select  Item (for whom Adjustment is to be done)
   • Select Item Location (for whom Adjustment is to be done)
   • Select Item Stock (for whom Adjustment is to be done)
   • Select Unit (Auto selects as per item selection)
   • Add Quantity
   • Type Name (auto selects as per selection item and quantity)

• Click on -> Save or Save & Close button, after saving it will be displayed as below.
