Schedule Interview Round

You can schedule the interview for candidate whose candidate application is accepted, you can add the multiple rounds and keep track result of each round.

Follow the steps given below to schedule interview.

  • Navigate to -> Menu Category.
  • Select Recruitment menu category.
  • Navigate to -> Recruitment.
  • Create Job Applicant and to know how please refer Add/ Amend Job Applicant.
  • Create Job Application and to know how please refer Add/ Amend Job Application.
  • Mark Job Application as Accepted, And to know how please refer Accept Job Application Page.
  • Create Interview Round And to know how please refer create Interview Round Page.
  • Navigate to -> Interview Round tab.
  • Open previously created Interview Round.
  • Set Interviewer.
  • Set Schedule Start Time and schedule End Time under Schedule section.
  • Click on -> Schedule button.
  • Interview Round will get Scheduled.
