Manage Incidents

Incident Management helps us to keep record of incidents that occurred in an organization and we can also record its impact and cost to organization.

Follow the steps given below to create Personnel Incident

  • Navigate to -> Menu Category.
  • Select Personnel menu category.
  • Click on -> Personnel, Navigate to Incidents tab.
  • Click on -> Incident tab.
  • Click on -> Create Incident button.
  • Select Incident type into Type field.
  • Set Personnel Manager.
  • Set Reported By.
  • Set Private Incident and Incident summary.
  • Select Incident status.
  • Click on -> Save button.
