Manage Documents

We can add and manage Personnel documents and can Store personnel's document and keep record for further reference.

Follow the steps given below to create Personnel Document.

  • Navigate to -> Menu Category.
  • Select Personnel menu category.
  • Click on -> Personnel, Navigate to Documents tab.
  • Click on -> Document tab.
  • Click on -> Create button.
  • Add Document Name into Name Field
  • Select Document Type.
  • Add Document Number.
  • Upload File.
  • Set Expiry date.
  • Set Status for document.
  • Click on -> Save button.
