Auto Create/ Manually Create Job Assignment

Job Assignment gets auto created when a personnel's record is created through on boarding process, and we can also create it manually for a Personnel.

Follow the steps given below to create job assignment manually.

  • Navigate to -> Menu Category.
  • Select Personnel menu category.
  • Click on -> Personnel, Navigate to -> Job Assignment.
  • Click on -> Job Assignment.
  • Click on -> Create button.
  • Set Job Position & Set Reporting To.
  • Set start date.
  • Select Category.
  • Set Business Calendar, Payroll Group, and Allow Overtime Fields.
  • Set status for Job Assignment as Active.
  • Click On -> Save button.
