Auto Create/ Manually Create Job Assignment
Job Assignment gets auto created when a personnel's record is created through on boarding process, and we can also create it manually for a Personnel.
Follow the steps given below to create job assignment manually.
- Navigate to -> Menu Category.
- Select Personnel menu category.
- Click on -> Personnel, Navigate to -> Job Assignment.
- Click on -> Job Assignment.
- Click on -> Create button.
- Set Job Position & Set Reporting To.
- Set start date.
- Select Category.
- Set Business Calendar, Payroll Group, and Allow Overtime Fields.
- Set status for Job Assignment as Active.
- Click On -> Save button.
