Add/Amend Personnel
This document provides the information about, how to add or amend Personnel.
Follow the steps given below to create new Personnel Record.
- Navigate to -> Menu Category.
- Select Personnel menu category.
- Navigate to -> Personnel
- Click on -> Personnels.
- Click on -> Create button on Personnel list Page.
- Add First Name & Last Name of Personnel.
- Set Type.
- Select Gender.
- Set Date of Birth.
- Select Nationality.
- Select Marital status.
- Add Employee Code.
- Set Joining Date.
- Set Employee Type.
- Set Employment Status.
- Set Work From Home.
- Set Job Title & Department.
- Set Working Start time, Working End time.
- Set Work Unit & Maintain Timesheet.
- Select Status for Personnel.
- Click on -> Save button.
