Add/Amend Personnel

This document provides the information about, how to add or amend Personnel.

Follow the steps given below to create new Personnel Record.

  • Navigate to -> Menu Category.
  • Select Personnel menu category.
  • Navigate to -> Personnel
  • Click on -> Personnels.
  • Click on -> Create button on Personnel list Page.
  • Add First Name & Last Name of Personnel.
  • Set Type.
  • Select Gender.
  • Set Date of Birth.
  • Select Nationality.
  • Select Marital status.
  • Add Employee Code.
  • Set Joining Date.
  • Set Employee Type.
  • Set Employment Status.
  • Set Work From Home.
  • Set Job Title & Department.
  • Set Working Start time, Working End time.
  • Set Work Unit & Maintain Timesheet.
  • Select Status for Personnel.
  • Click on -> Save button.
