Quote Lines on Quote, Quote Line from Opportunity Line

Quote Lines on Quote

In Quote lines user can add the product according to his requirement. Also, one or more Quote lines can be created for a quote.

Add products to Quote, based on selected product category: 

  • Manually create Quote lines for manually created Quote.
  • Navigate to -> Menu Category.
  • Select Sales menu category.
  • Navigate to sales -> Quote.
  • Displays list page of Quote click on -> Quote record.
  • Navigate to Items tab -> Create.

  • Set Product Category.
  • Select Product based on selected category and Price List.
  • Add Quantity.
  • Add Per unit price will get auto set from Price list.
  • Click on -> Save or Save & Close button.

  • Go back to Quote record.
  • To check document of Quote, click on -> Download PDF button.
  • Quote Document gets download in PDF format.

 

Set per unit price based on Pricing Model

  • If pricing model is price list, set per unit price from price list item.
  • Navigate to -> Menu Category.
  • Select Sales menu category.
  • Navigate to Sales -> Quote.
  • Displays list page of Quote Click on -> Quote record.
  • Navigate to -> Items tab.
  • Click on -> Create button.
  • Kindly follow Quote line on Quote sub-process.
  • Select Pricing Model as Price List then per unit price is auto set as per Price list.
  • Click on -> Save or Save & Close button.

Quote lines From Opportunity lines

If quote created from Opportunity, then Quote lines get auto created from related Opportunity lines and user having ability to amend the Quote line record as per his requirement.

If order & order lines created manually

  • Navigate to -> Menu Category.
  • Select Sales menu category.
  • Navigate to sales -> Opportunity.
  • Displays list page of Opportunity click on -> Opportunity record.
  • Navigate to Sales -> Quote tab.
  • Click on -> Create button.
  • Redirects to create page on “Details” tab.
  • Add Expiry Date.
  • Click on -> Save or Save & Close button.
