Taxes, Product Cost and Unit-Unit Group

In this sub process user can create multiple taxes and tax groups as per his requirement. User can create taxes with tax rate in the tax entity.

• Navigate to -> Menu Category.
• Select Management menu category.
• Navigate to Management -> Tax.
• Display the list page of Tax click on -> Create button.
• Add Tax Name.
• Add Tax Code.
• Add Tax Rate.
• Click on Save or Save & Close button.

 

 

 

• Navigate to -> Menu Category.
• Select Management menu category.
• Navigate to Management -> Tax Group.
• Display the list page of Tax group click on -> Create button.
• Add Name.
• Click on -> Save or Save & Close button.

 

 

• Navigate to -> Taxes grid.

 

 

• Click on -> Add Existing button.
• Select Tax record.
• Click on -> OK

 

 

 

With the help of this sub process able to add price of products in different currencies.

• Navigate to -> Menu Category.
• Select Management menu category.
• Navigate to management -> Products.
• Display the list page of Product click on -> Product record.
• Click on -> 'Mark as draft' (if product is activated)
• Navigate to cost tab click on -> 'Create' button.

 

 

• Add Name.
• Set Currency.
• Set Standard Price.
• Set Current price.
• Click on -> 'Save & Close' button.
• Click on -> 'Activate Product' button on Product.

 

 

 

Units means the standard units used for measurement. In this sub process create Unit Groups & Units & set conversion rate as per parent unit.

 

• Navigate to -> Menu Category.
• Select Management menu category.
• Navigate to Management -> Unit Groups.
• Display the list page of Unit group click on -> Create.
• Add Name.
• Set Area Unit Group (if required)
• Click on -> 'Save' or 'Save & close' button.

 

• Navigate to -> Menu Category.
• Select Management menu category.
• Navigate to Management -> Unit Groups.
• Display the list page of Unit group click on -> Unit Group record.
• Navigates to -> Units grid.

 

• Click on -> Create button.
• Redirects to create page on details Tab.
• Add Name.
• Set Area Unit Group (if required)
• Click on -> 'Save' or 'Save & close' button.

 

• Navigate to -> Menu Category.
• Select Management menu category.
• Navigate to Management -> Unit Groups.
• Display the list page of Unit group click on -> Unit Group record.
• Navigates to -> Units grid.
• Click on -> Create button.
• Redirects to create page on details tab.
• Add Name.
• Set Parent Unit.
• Set Area Unit Group (if required).
• Add Conversion Rate.
• Click on -> Save or Save & Close button.
