Price List & Price List Items
This document provides the information about how to set up a Price list & price list items for CRM Module
Before using the CRM Module, a minimum configuration of Price list & price list items is required.
Note: Only with authorized access to user, Price list & price list items Creation is available
Configuration and set up: Follow the steps below for configuration of Product setup.
Price List
Details
- Basic minimum required details to be added in “Details” tab.
- Navigate to -> Menu Category.
- Select Management menu category.
- Navigate to Management -> Price List.
- Displays list page of Price List.
- Click on -> 'Create' button.
- Redirects to create page on “Details” tab.
- Add Name.
- Select Currency (auto selected as per setting)
- Select Start Date (value from which validity of price list starts)
- Select End Date (value on which validity of price list ends)
- Click on 'Save' or 'Save & Close' button.

Price List Item
In Price List item, Product list is added for which price list will be used.
To add basic minimum required details in “Details” Tab of Price List Item, follow steps as below:
- Click on -> 'Create' button -> select Quick Create or Full Form
- Redirects to create page on “Details” tab.
- Select Price List (value is auto selected from Parent record)
- Select Product
- Select Price Type (“ Price” value is auto selected )
- Add Amount
- Click on 'Save' or 'Save & Close' button
- Percentage field in which percent value can be added which will be applicable when related product is used in opportunity line, Quote line, Order line.
- Discount field in which discount value can be selected so that related Discount rules will be applicable to when related product is used in opportunity line, Quote line, Order line.
