Order Management

This topic includes the information about Order creation, approval and completion of Sales Order going through Design, Inventory, Production departments.

This Process involves Create / amend order, add products to order, Order approval flow, One or multiple invoice creation from order, Progress, and order closure.

 

The Order management process can be performed by all Sales users with following activities:

  • Create/ Amend Order.
  • Add Order Lines Order.
  • Order Lines
  • Set Per Unit Price Based on Pricing Model
  • Excluding order lines, Order Items and Include-Exclude Order Line
  • Order Acceptance.
  • Order Approval Flow.
  • Progress & Completion of Order & Order Line
  • Order Cancellation.
