Manage Opportunity

  • Navigate to -> Menu Category.
  • Select Sales menu category.
  • Navigate to Sales -> Opportunities.
  • Displays list page of Opportunity click on -> ‘Create’ button
  • Redirects to create page on “Details” tab.
  • Add Opportunity Name.
  • Set the Currency for opportunity. Base currency of the organization will be default, but user can change.
  • Select existing account, contact, and price list which is required.
  • Price list helps to automatic calculate and set the price to added products. User can select the price lists which are related to selected currency.
  • Expected Close date – specifies the expected closure date of opportunity.
  • Expected Revenue – Gives the expected revenue from opportunity.
  • Line-Item Amount – Shows the total amount of added products to opportunity.
  • From “Items” tab click on -> ‘Create’ button
  • Redirects to create page on “Details” tab.
  • Select product category.
  • Select product based on selected Category and Price List.
  • On product selection price list item will be get auto set based on selected currency, if that product added to price list
  • Add the quantity of product to be sell.
  • Price Override – If user do not want to use the price of price list, the by mark the “Price Override” as “Yes”, user can edit “Per Unit Price” of the product.
  • Discount – User can add the discount in percentage or amount by selecting the discount type.
  • Tax – If tax applied, then tax amount will get calculated.
  • Volume Discount – Calculated based on discount rules applied to selected price list. (For more details of Discount Rule, Refer Discount rule process).
