An opportunity is a lead who is ready to deal with organization. Opportunity management helps to forecast the sales revenue, set expected close date, track probability of sales.

This document provides the information about create /manage opportunity, add products to opportunity, add quote to opportunity and closure of opportunity based on related quote stages.

Opportunity Management process involves creation, Updating, removal of Opportunity and Opportunity lines from Lead. This Process also involves quote creation, rejection of Opportunity as per related quotes status.

Opportunity management also helps in keeping records of won, lost and regretted opportunities so that more work can be done change result.
