Lead Qualification

Lead qualification is the process of evaluating potential customers based on their financial ability and willingness to purchase Products. It includes assessing a lead's necessity to buy a product, finding out whether this person is authorized to make the purchase, and how much money they can spend. As per assessing a lead, user can qualify or disqualify the lead.

Follow the below mentioned steps to lead qualification:
  • Navigate to -> Menu Category.
  • Select Sales menu category.
  • Navigate to Sales -> Lead.
  • Displays list page of Lead.
  • Open Lead, which status needs to be marked as Processing.
  • Change Status of Lead as "Processing" and Save record.
  • To Qualified lead, Open  "Processing" status lead record.
  • Change Status of Lead as "Qualified" and Save record.
  • To disqualify the lead, open the “Processing” status lead record.
  • Change the status of lead as “Disqualified”.
  • Disqualified lead record will get closed and on qualified lead record, user can proceed with lead conversion.
