Create and Manage Lead

Lead can be the existing customer or new customer for sales opportunity. Add lead and managing leads is the initial step for sales process. Lead can be generated by campaign or any other sources. Follow the below steps to create lead.

Details:

  • Basic required details to be added in “Details” Tab.
  • Navigate to -> Menu Category.
  • Select Sales menu category.
  • Navigate to Sales -> Lead.
  • Displays list page of Lead click on -> 'Create' Button.
  • Redirects to create page on “Details” tab.
  • Add Subject.
  • Add company name and contact details of lead.
  • Select source of lead.
  • Select account or contact if lead is existing customer.
  • Add the contact preference, which will helps contact to customer as per their preferences.
  • Once lead is generated then, it is essential to contact and verify the lead for sales.
