Mass Email & Message
While performing the campaign activities, user can send the mass email or message to marketing list members.
Follow the below steps to Send Mass Email.
- Mass email can be sent only for “Email” sub-type activities.
- Navigate to -> Menu Category
- Select Marketing menu category
- Navigate to -> Marketing -> Campaign
- Click on the Campaign record with Approved status.
- Click on -> The “Email” sub-type activity.
- Click on -> “Send Email” button. (Send email button will be visible only for email sub-type activities).

- On click of “Send Email” button, as per selected email template, email will get sent to email id of selected accounts, contact and lead which are visible in “Lists” tab.
Follow the below steps to Send Mass Message.
- Mass message can be sent only for “Message” sub-type activities.
- Navigate to -> Menu Category
- Select Marketing menu category
- Navigate to -> Campaign record with Approved status.
- Click on -> “Message” sub-type activity.
- Click on -> “Send Message” button. (Send Message button will be visible only for email type activities).

- On click of “Send Message” button, as per selected message template, message will get sent to phone number of selected accounts, contact and lead which are visible in “Lists” tab.
