Campaign Setup

User having access for creation of campaign can only create the campaign. Follow the steps below to create campaign.

Details

Basic minimum required details to be added in “Details” tab.

  • Navigate to -> Menu Category.
  • Select Marketing menu category.
  • Navigate to Marketing -> Campaign
  • Displays list page of Campaign, click on -> Create button
  • Redirects to create page on “Details” tab -> Add Subject
  • Select type of campaign
  • Add Budget
  • Add Scheduled Start Time and Scheduled End Time
  • Click on -> Save button.

  • Activities, Marketing List, and Responses grid will be displayed.
  • Activities - Add the different activities to be performed for related campaign. For more details on activity creation, refer Activities sub process.
  • Marketing Lists – Add the marketing lists for which this campaign to be executed. For more details of Marketing Lists creation, refer Create/ Amend Marketing List sub process.
  • Responses – Add responses received for this campaign. For more details on adding responses, refer Campaign Responses sub process.
