Campaign Response

This document provide information about how to add and track the received responses from existing or new customers.

Details

Basic minimum required details to be added in “Details” tab.

  • Navigate to -> Menu Category.
  • Select Marketing menu category.
  • Navigate to -> Campaign record.
  • From “Responses” grid, click on -> Create button.
  • Redirects to create page on “Details” tab -> Type Subject.
  • Select whether response from existing customer or new customer.
  • According to existing customer, select the existing account or for new customer add the organization details.
  • Set the status as Interested or Not interested.
  • Add the source of response, date on which response received and category.
