Campaign Execution & Completion
Once complete the campaign set and approval process. Perform the activities and close the activities and then campaign

Follow the below steps to close the campaign activity and campaign.
- Navigate to -> Menu Category.
- Select Marketing menu category.
- Navigate to -> Campaign record, to know how please follow Campaign Setup sub process.
- Add Activity to campaign record, to know how please follow Activities sub process.
- Click on -> Submit button on campaign record.
- Click on -> Approved button.(The authorized user with approval access can only approved the campaign)
- After Approval of campaign approved budget get mapped on campaign record.
To create Bill, follow the given below steps
- To create Bill on campaign activity, Navigate to -> Bill tab click on -> Create button.
- Add Vendor, Bill date, Due date and Payment option the Save record.
- Navigate to -> Bill Line tab click on -> Create button
- Add Name, Per unit price and Quantity then save and close record
- Navigate to -> Payment tab, Click on -> Create button on Bill payment
- Add Payment record and Save and Close record
- Click on -> In-Progress button.
- Click on -> Complete button
- Campaign will get marked as Completed
