Campaign Approval
After campaign and activity set up, there is an approval process to get approval for campaign budget and activities before starting the campaign execution.
Details
Follow the below steps for campaign approval
- Navigate to -> Menu Category
- Select Marketing menu category
- Navigate to -> Marketing -> Campaign
- Click on -> Campaign record.
- Click on -> “Submit”
- Authorize person will get notification for approval. There is provision to approve, reject or cancel the campaign. Then after campaign approval, campaign team can start for campaign execution.
- Once campaign gets approved, “Approved Budget” will get set in Approved Budget.
- Activity Budget should not be greater than Campaign Budget.
