Activities

This section provides the details about the add the different planned activities for campaign, schedule activities, perform activity for specific members of marketing list, track activity. User having access for creation of campaign activities can only create the activities. Follow the steps below for create campaign activity.

 

Details

Basic minimum required details to be added in “Details” Tab

  • Navigate to -> Menu Category
  • Select Marketing menu category
  • Navigate to -> Marketing -> Campaign
  • Click on -> Campaign record
  • Navigate to -> Activities tab
  • From “Activities” tab click on -> Create button
  • Redirects to create page of activity on “Details” Tab -> Type Name of activity
  • Add Name
  • Select Type and Sub Type of campaign activity
  • Add Budget and Schedule Start time and Schedule End Time.
  • Set the Templates as per activity sub type and save the record

Detail page of Campaign Activity

 

  • On detail page of campaign activity, Marketing Lists, Lists and Bills grids will get visible.
  • Marketing Lists – marketing lists which are added for related campaign will get auto added for this activity. Here is provision to remove or add the new marketing list to perform this activity for specific members.
  • Lists – Lists will display the accounts, contact, and lead for which this activity will get execute and not (selected accounts/contact/ leads and excluded account/contacts/ lead) as per contact preferences of added members of marketing lists.
  • Bill – keep the tracking of bills which give the information about amount spend for this activity. For more information about how to create bill, refer “Create Bill” process.
