Campaign Management

This topic gives the information about campaign set up, manage different activities, campaign execution and track campaign response.

Campaign Management process undergoes as, before proceeding to Campaign we must have marketing list created for possible existing and future to be clients.

After preparing marketing list we can prepare campaign record with campaign activities to be performed to get possible lead from clients.

Along with campaign activities we can provide campaign budget data as well, after approval of which campaign process can be marked as “In-progress” and “Completed” respectively

After completion of campaign, as per campaign response added, for existing clients “Opportunity” record can be initiated  or for new clients “Lead” can be created.
